A great opportunity with MasterBrand Cabinets could exist for you as the Business Unit Focus Director at our corporate headquarters located in Jasper, IN.Position Summary:Responsible for the business alignment and integration, design and deployment of Business Applications in support of the business, Strong project management to set expectations and deliver (and exceed!) on expectations. Represent IT for all MBCI business Units in terms of all IT services (Infrastructure, operations, HR, Finance, Web, business systems, ERP, EDI etc..) delivery.Accountabilities:The major function is to closely align with business and other IT functional areas to implement “business” prioritized initiatives in the above areas. Ensure that the technology roadmap and implementations mirrors and reflects a strong understanding of the business, business strategy, and initiatives. This also requires closely working with other IT functional areas to develop a well-knit, integrative IT team.o ERP/EDI/CORE systems design, implementation, and ongoing managemento Budgetary control and managemento Deployment strategy of integrated/well designed/managed business applications in support of the business.o Execute technology design using the IT strategic vision (Building block focus, Keep The Lights On focus, and Business driven projects focus)o Sarbanes Oxley Applications Control processes as well as functional control compliance. o User computing experience: Work with the other IT groups in driving the Intranet, internet, and portal representation of MBCI systems and services to ensure contextual and relevance based “eye” of IT systems access for an enriched customer experience (Employees, customers, suppliers, and partners)o Stakeholder Management: Maintain and execute on a business prioritized set of initiatives by working with each of the functional areas in the business units.o Effectively, manage and communicate IT performance using Service Level Agreements. o Strong Vendor management and negotiation skills.Click here to apply via the Master Brand Cabinets Career Opportunity PortalJob Experience:Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:• Strong experience in a large-scale global production Manufacturing and distribution environment.• Strong knowledge in Project Management. PMP Preferred• Strong managerial skills in managing IT team as well as working with various business leaders in setting expectations and driving effective delivery on commitments. Business analysis and process mapping skills to rapidly understand the business.• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others in a diverse work environment; act as a change agent and mobilizer/energizer• Effective operations budget management and cost reduction skills to optimize IT operations/Project spend.• Strong Knowledge of Business Systems, ERP, EDI, IT operations, systems & applications. • Knowledge of overall HR / Finance functions and business processes. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Expertise in consumer manufacturing environment. • A Bachelors Degree in Management / MIS.• Managing a diverse team and creating a resource support model leveraging on-shore and offshore. • Strong attention to detail. Passion for technology and excellence.
