Job Description:Genesis10 has an excellent opportunity to join one of largest financial institutions in the world on a 6+ month contract basis. They are located in Charlotte, North Carolina. If you are an experienced C# Developer and interested in taking your career to the next level, keep reading.As the C# Develoer, your responsibilities will include C# Front End development that is a part of the project to upgrade/replace the existing components and systems that generate live and end of day Prices, P/L and Risk for Rate desks globally. This role will focus on Front End development as well as contribute to early stage of the project (design and analysis).Job Experience:Required Skills/Experience:- C#/.NET, C++- Experience with GUI packages, SQL, XML.- Experience with design and implementation of GUI frameworks that catere to displaying real time market information and fast development cycles.- Experience with Windows and LINUX operating systems.- Experience with Sybase/Comparable RDBMS ( Oracle, SQL server).- Need to be a good team player and able to take ownership of the task at hand and drive it through to completion.- Ability to work in a highly dynamic work environment (trading desk). Preferred Skills/Experience:- MFC, Perl and Quantitative aptitude is a plus!- Exposure to Credit/Fixed Income/OTC Derivatives front office is a plus, but not required.
