C# and scripting language developer Job Description:MJ 615103 SDE4Key skills: C#, scripting language such as PerlThe distributed systems infrastructure team is working on a v1 service platform, which includes an efficient, virtualized computational substrate, a fully automated service management system and a comprehensive set of highly scalable storage services. To achieve this goal, we are building the next-generation Live Platform, which will enable services to scale to millions of machines distributed globally throughout the world’s largest company’s data centers. Further, it will provide the lowest operating costs per-node, and will lead the marketplace as the best platform for rapid development, deployment, and maintenance of internet services and applications. Responsibilities: We are seeking highly experienced engineer to help us with build and source management, to ensure smooth source integration and fully automated build process. Duties would include managing source depot branches, working on building automation and failure diagnosis etc. Qualifications: Understanding source management and build process is required and previous experience in build lab is highly desired. Proficiency in C# and scripting language such as Perl is preferred. Experience in distributed systems will be a plus. Candidate must have strong work ethics, drive for execution and ability to collaborate with component teams. BS/MS degree in computer science is preferred.
