AdExpert is one of the core components of DAP enabling the client’s Advertising Sales team to book Orders for the Advertisers via Web interfaces accessible over Internet/Intranet. The application has a mix of Web and Winform components. We are looking for developers who are passionate about working on user interface code. Qualifications - A successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Technical Skills Required: ASP.NET, Winforms, C#, OOP, XML, Webservices, unit testing, SQL – stored procedures, views, triggers, UDFs, schema changes Highly desirable: HTML/DHTML, Jscript/VBScript, AJAX, Design Patterns, troubleshooting General Skills: This position requires knowledge of software product development processes (design, engineering, and deployment). You must also be able to understand the business requirements and successfully map these to an elegant solution. Highly customer focused, highly motivated, a self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Demonstrated success working in a fast paced environment. Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguous problems; and the ability to independently make solid progress when the solution is not well defined. A very strong analytical background Communications Skills: This position will require a significant collaboration with other disciplines; hence effective written and oral communication skills are required. You must be capable of documenting your own design and code.
