CALL CENTER COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVES

Max Touch Services a financial services company in Atlanta, GA is currently seeking Collectors for its' Atlanta location!

We are adding many new positions and seeking individuals with previous collections, sales and or marketing experience for this fantastic opportunity!

This is a fantastic opportunity for you if......Have experience in call center collections and want to be rewarded for your ability/skill. Looking for long term employment with a rapidly growing company Have good sales and marketing skills and looking to try something new with great earning potential! Have superior customer service skills handling both inbound and outbound customer calls Have experience is negotiating resolutions on delinquent short term loan amounts Have strong account management experience in a call center environment with a working knowledge of collections processes and procedures Have a full understanding of FDCPA regulations Enjoys a great working environment Ability to work flexible shifts including some nights and weekends.

EDUCATION:Must have a High School Diploma Some college preferred, however not mandatory

REQUIREMENTS:2+ Years minimum experience in consumer collections done in a call center environment Sales or Marketing Background Superior Customer Service Skills a must Ability to communicate clear and concise information at all times Pleasant phone manner expected

Max Touch Services offers competitive hourly rate based on experience, Great bonus potential paid bimonthly, Health and Welfare Benefits available after 90-days.
