CALL CENTER MANAGER

EHE International, the leader in preventive health, has an immediate opening for an experienced Call Center Manager who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position, which is responsible for two shifts, is a key role in assisting the team's responsibility to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training and development, measuring and monitoring team's quality of service and accountability, tracking and reporting call statistic, handling inbound and outbound calls. Ability to analyze database to increase productivity. Shift supervisor support provided.

Requirements:
