One to three years customer service experience. Knowledge of and ability to handle Life Safety systems, such as Fire Alarms, Sprinkler systems, Emergency call systems, Latch Checks system, etc. Responsibilities The Campus Security Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the residents, visitors, employees, and facilities. Responds to medical emergencies and assists the campus and/or municipal ambulance. Patrols property and facilities. Staffs gatehouse to ensure proper access control regarding visitors, residents, employees and vendors. Completes Incident Reports and other computerized or handwritten logs as assigned. Performs additional duties as assigned by Management to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Community.
