The successful candidates most important qualifications: Three years of professional drafting experience in AutoCAD Land Desktop or Civil 3D programs for various civil engineering projects including transportation, utilities, and drainage projects AutoCAD skills should include using line styles, reference files, global and local coordinates, importing and exporting images Ability to read utility records and survey notes Experience creating plan and profile drawingsThe AutoCAD designer will work closely with the project engineer, which makes good verbal communications vital.
