CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsible for providing confidential on-site support to assigned staff. Specific duties include working through detailed requests and customer disputes in an accurate and timely manner; acting as a company liaison between client and Company; running monthly reports and rectifying discrepancies - bringing to supervisor's attention anything out of employees control and resolving issues as directed.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum six months experience in clerical, reception or a customer service related field Familiarity with a suite of office software packages Ability to type accurately Proper telephone etiquette Knowledge of proper English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation Familiarity with modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment
