EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED. Switchboard and receptionist experience required. Supervisory experience required. MON Responsibilities The Communication Supervisor is a working Communications Supervisor/Specialist who is required to perform the standard duties of a Communications Specialist, as well as assist the Communication Manager with bi-weekly work scheduling, sub-punches, training class sign-ups, evaluations, disciplinary actions, etc. The Communications Supervisor is the first line of communications with the staff related to arranging coverage when a staff member want to have off or calls in sick. The Communication Supervisor apprises the Communication Manager of all changes related to staffing.
