This full time position requires attention to detail, excellent organization, strong typing, composition and interpersonal skills to handle all aspects of administrative assistance. Duties will include project coordination such as document handling, contracts, change orders, working with project management and estimating department. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office required, experience with construction related software helpful.

Experience in a construction environment desirable. Competitive wage based on experience.
