CONTROLLER/ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Job Description:CONTROLLER/ACCOUNTING MANAGER Description: Under the general supervision of the CEO, this position is responsible for the administration and supervision of the Accounting Department. This includes, but is not limited to, AP/AR, employee payroll, budgeting, forecasting and sales tracking. Provide innovative solutions and work with management team to create operational efficiency that has a positive impact on the financial goals. Skill/Ability: Good with numbers and able to create and present custom relevant financial reports and analysis. Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral). Education/Experience:Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 4 6 years experience in general Accounting Management (to include: AP, AR, accruals, collections, payroll, inventory, sales tax, workers compensation, budgets, etc.). 2+ years experience managing/supervising others.
