To prepare a large variety of hot and cold foods to efficiently serve high quality foods for hospital patients, employees, physicians, and visitors.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred graduate of technical school in cooking.
1-3 years in institutional food preparation.

Able to read and understand production sheets and recipes.
