CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES - PART TIME

 Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning is the area's largest residential HVAC contractor, with over 200 employees serving omore than 300,000 people each year.

 We continue to grow very rapidly. As growth continues, we need to constantly add staff. We are currently hiring part time and full time Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).

 

 Customer service representatives are primarily responsible for taking and processing incoming phone calls from customers needing service on their heating and/or air conditioning systems. Other duties will include some light data entry and filing when necessary.

 

Successful applicants will possess telephone and computer skills and will have some previous experience in customer service. Foreign language skills (especially Spanish and Polish) are a plus.

 

 Part time Customer Service Representatives will have the potential to graduate into full time employment and eventually into management.
