ERG Transit Systems, a world leader in smart card integration, is seeking Full-time Call Center Representative to provide professional, knowledgeable, and courteous support to our customers.

In this position, you will be responsible for:
• Inbound calls from customers and retail merchants
• Taking phone orders for MBTA's Charliecard fare payment card
• Providing resolution for customer issues in keeping with procedures
• Data entry in database
• Processing all fax, email and U.S. mail communications

Required Experience:

Essential:
• 1-2 years of call center experience
• Able to type 45 WPM
• Comfortable with computer use
• Prompt and reliable attendance
• Willingness to work flexible work hours
Desired:
• MS Office professional experience
• Sense of humor
