Call Center/Sales Manager

We are a well established company with national name brand recognition, searching for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our Call Center operation and staff. This position will allow the right person to train and motivate staff as well as grow and develop with our expanding company.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone with strong Contact/Call Center Management experience.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and manages a team of 12 Inside Sales (Telesales) Professionals

· Ensure delivery of outstanding customer service and overachievement of sales goals.

· Train and coach sales reps on our products and to follow our sales process.

· Manage, hire, train, motivate, and develop skills of the team members.

· Track and report operational metrics to management.

· Ensure the accuracy of sales reporting and commissions

Qualifications:

· 4-year degree or equivalent management experience required.

· 4+ years of direct management experience in a sales environment.

· A proven track record with a strong understanding of inbound sales related call centers.

· Outstanding customer service skills.

· The expertise to maintain and manage a call center department and staff, representing a nationally recognized company.

· The skills to increase sales by focusing on training to ensure maximum productivity and high close rates.

· Demonstrated success in developing and coaching individuals to exceed goals.

· Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills

· Experience building a team.

· MS Office Proficiency
