Are you recognized for filtering the highest number of calls in your call center? Then our phones need you!! This talented individual will be required to assist up to 500 calls per day. Providing help desk support via phone, email, fax, etc. for a popular radio broadcaster . The radio’s listeners call in frequently with inquires to access the radio stream through several mediums like web cast, iPod, etc. Therefore, this position does require some technical knowledge, familiarity of technological products, and usage. Coordinating abilities are a must as you will service customers by coordinating subscription renewals, product/event promotions, tracking abilities for Ups/FedEx deliveries.Most importantly, this position requires skilled customer service individuals that can handle the client relationship with the most integrity. The call center environment is up bet, fast paced, and business casual.Job Experience:Must have 3 to 5 years related experience, earned High School Diploma/GED,able to work a 4x10 work schedule, and highly organized, providing attention to detail.
