Call Center Supervisor - Wake Forest, NC

Job Description:***MUST HAVE CALL CENTER SALES EXPERIENCE ALONG WITH MANAGEMENT/TEAM LEAD EXPERIENCE*** Responsibilities include supervising a team of 10+ sales and service representatives to meet projected goals; training & coaching agents on call center applications and sales strategies; monitoring calls and providing performance feedback to Reps; updating and communicating all policies and procedures; monitoring call volume, routing and agent handling of calls; tracking call statistics; identifying and analyzing calls and sales trends; creating staffing forecasts and weekly schedules; handling customer calls as volume dictates. Qualifications: Candidate MUST have at least 2 years of previous Supervisory/Team Lead experience in a Call Center Sales environment; familiarity with call center technology, interpreting call statistics and creating reports; effective communication skills and ability to coach CSRs to meet sales goals; excellent customer service skills with pleasant/articulate phone voice and enthusiastic nature; familiarity with Microsoft Office software; flexibility with hours (may require coverage or training on some evenings or weekends); ability to be detailed and thorough in work process. Qualified candidates will be extremely articulate, well versed in database management (Access experience will help with that) and will have worked in the Ops Booth of a busy call center. Must be able to work afternoon and weekend hours!!!!!!!! Qualified candidates with 2+ years of Supervisory experience are urged to apply as soon as possible.
