§ Demonstrated history of achieving aggressive goals

§ Entrepreneurial mentality

§ Desire to operate within a team environment

§ Desire to learn, work within a team, adhere to best practices and respect legal requirements

§ Computer literate and internet savvy

§ Outstanding written and oral communication skills

§ B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
