Prometric has an immediate opportunity available for a Candidate Care Supervisor.
This position supervises Candidate Care Specialists (CCS's) in responding to candidate requests to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Serves as operational interface to Account Management on global and domestic issues. Guides Speciliasts to provide accurate candidate feedback through the use of Magic tickets and open communication with management team and other areas of the organization.
Responsibilities:Supervises staff by providing work direction, clarifying expectations, providing training/development, monitoring calls, and conducting performance reviews to maintain a productive work environment with high level of employee satisfaction. Leads through personal excellence. Builds and maintains team environment. Maintains a high performing workforce through careful selection and retention activities. Manages team resources by forecasting long-term needs and analyzing impact of daily operations. Achieve service level objectives to ensure company profitability. Prepares departmental reports. Maintains existing client programs and implements new client programs. Provides feedback to management and other departments to ensure client programs run smoothly. Candidate Qualifications:1 - 2 years of Contact Center work experience. 1 - 2 years Supervisory Experience. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Exceptional decision making ability. Ablity to lead change for the betterment of the business and the staff. Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously. Excellent organizational skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ability to adjust to large changes in the workload. Strong PC skills in a Windows based environment (including MS Office--Excel, Word, Access, etc.). Responsible for promoting a positive relationship between testing candidates and Prometric.
