As our Administrative Specialist based in San Leandro, CA, your primary goals will be to assist the executive administrator with the running of the executive office. Some of your job duties include backup to the front desk, event catering, assisting with bill reconciliation, managing phone and web conferencing, simple computer support, tracking purchases, and helping the Executive Administrator with a variety of other tasks. Your ability to organize things in your sleep, being fearless when it comes to taking on new challenges and a willingness to learn new skills will be recognized at all levels. In this important role you will routinely take on new projects that will never leave you bored and will allow you to end each day as the office hero! CL3
