Utilizes computer programs, databases and systems such as Nielsen, Spectra, SpacePlanning, and RetailLink to create reports and maintain information used for tactical and strategic decisions on products/product categories. Information includes item and store level customer data used for business tracking, test marketing, point-of-sale, schematic planning and revisions, as well as numerous standardized and ad-hoc reports requested by internal staff and the customer. Assists in analysis of data in support of sales objectives and category initiatives for Abbott Nutrition and the customer. Reports findings, opportunities and recommendations to internal and external customers.Utilizes an understanding of marketing concepts such as retail shelving, schematic planning, and pricing; technical knowledge of various computer systems and software; customer processes, systems, and priorities; and the relationship of these functions. Qualified candidates must possess prior sales and/or category management experience with consumer products goods and intermediate to advanced technical skills (i.e. Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
