Center Manager

A leading third party logistics provider is seeking an experienced professional to serve as Facility Manager in their Lakeland, FL warehouse.  Incumbent will manage a staff of exempt and nonexempt associates while working to improve and enhance workflow processes, production, quality, safety, and ensure revenue objectives are achieved.  Requirements include experience in a distribution or production environment, computer skills, and the ability to lead, train, mentor, and motivate a workforce.  A pre-employment drug screen and acceptable background check are required.  We offer a competitive compensation package including med/dental/life, 401k, paid time off, and the potential to earn bonuses.
