Ceramic Tile and Stone Account Client Services Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION/OPPORTUNITY

Traditions in Tile and Stone seeks an energetic Account Client Services associate for our corporate office in the Alpharetta/Cumming area.  We are looking for experienced, detail oriented individuals with a passion for making sure the customer receives the highest level of service possible.  Duties will include but are not limited to order entry, purchasing, inventory control and assisting outside sales personnel in their needs for samples, literature, etc. 

 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma with some college course experience preferred.  A strong background with Microsoft Excel is a strong asset.  Knowledge of tile and stone is helpful, but not required.  An ability to problem solve, research alternative sources for material and interact with customers and fellow employees in a pleasant and professional manor along with reliable transportation is a must! 

 

COMPENSATION
