For more information about PolyOne visit www.polyone.com The primary role of the Certifications Administrator position is to manage all material certifications and relative documents. This position will also involve covering for the Receptionist at the site (i.e., lunch, breaks). This position will offer the opportunity to assist in the traditional Customer Service Representative role by helping maintain existing customer base through fast and a thorough response to customer needs. Preserve a thorough knowledge of PolyOne Distribution products. Sustain an efficient, timely and accurate processing of internal paperwork. Manage timely and accurate completion of specific projects as directed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-Manage material certifications for the Midwest Service Center-File and maintain material certifications according to ISO guidelines.-Deliver material certifications accurately to customers via e-mail, fax, and/or with shipment, depending on customer requirements.-Assist with covering for the Receptionist-Work with Customer Service, Warehouse and Purchasing on any certification issues/opportunities. -Assist with Sales Personnel with material certification issues.-Follow up to customers is key. Keep them apprised of all material certification issues, especially late and problematic certs.-Filing and other clerical jobs, as they arise during the course of the business day.Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:-High School diploma or Equivalent-Experience using Microsoft office, word, outlook, excel, etc.-Excellent communication skills and responsiveness-Professional customer service and phone skills-Accountable and responsible-Must operate according to the company’s ISO guidelinesRequired Length & Type of Experience:-One year administrative office experience required.-SAP experience preferredCORE COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:-Principled - Acts in the best interests of the company-Achieving Results with a Sense of Urgency -Adaptability - Reacts positively to change -Interpersonal Skills - Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing-Problem Solving Skills - Effectively identifies problems by framing issues, leveraging data and ultimately developing and implementing solutions. -Continuous Improvement & Process Focus To submit your Resume and Salary history you must apply to http://careers.polyone.com No phone calls please.
