Nespresso Business Coffee Solutions (NBCS) group, a division of Nespresso, seeks a Regional Business Manager based in New York to manage the Eastern Coast territories of the US & Canada. The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for growing the NBCS machine and coffee capsule sales consistent with the Nespresso strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·  Achieve sales and profit objectives in designated territory

·  Identify and develop Key Accounts in designated territory

· Identify, hire, train and manage Sales and Service Partners (SSP) throughout

  designated territory

· Train and coach Nespresso/SP/SSP and direct sales force

· Ensure standards and guidelines are respected by Nespresso/SP/SSP sales force

· Lead future Nespresso Professional market launches in targeted cities within designated territory 

 

 

Requirements:

 

 Must reside within the territoryBachelor’s degree3+ years strong sales experience & management experienceKey Account Management experience gained through the B2B environment (Offices, Hotels & Restaurants)Excellent verbal & written communication skillsProficient in MS OfficeValid Driver’s License and ability to travelPassionate about Espresso/Gourmet Coffee
