Based in Dallas, ACS is a FORTUNE 500 company of 62,000 people supporting client operations reaching more than 100 countries.Description: Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer - Dallas, TexasChief Ethics and Compliance Officer (“CECO”) for a fast-paced and growing Fortune 500 outsourcing and information technology services company with a broad U.S. presence and international footprint.The position entails leadership and oversight of the corporate-wide ethics and compliance program, with the primary focus on enhancement of compliance policies and training in key risk areas, monitoring to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations that govern the company’s services and operations, oversight of anonymous hotline, investigations of ethics and compliance matters, escalation and reporting of significant compliance risks to senior management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, and strategic long-term oversight of relationships with regulatory agencies impacting the company’s business.A qualified applicant will have:· Substantial experience in federal government enforcement and/or significant regulatory compliance industry experience, including government contracting.· Highest standards of integrity and ethical values to serve as a role model for all employees (“tone from the top”)· Proven ability to develop an effective corporate-wide compliance training and communications program to mitigate legal, regulatory and reputational risks for rapidly expanding Company· Experience overseeing hotline, conducting ethics and compliance investigations, analyzing root cause and implementing remedial measures · Ability to collaborate with management, internal audit department and other functional areas responsible for risk assessment to develop and implement a monitoring program to audit compliance with policies, laws and regulations· Stature and experience to set agenda for and chair senior management ethics and compliance committee and interact with state and federal government agencies and regulators · Excellent writing and communication skills including the ability to make presentations to senior management and the Audit Committee· Proven experience managing budget and staff to achieve objectives· Strategic judgment and ability to exercise leadership in crisis situations· Ability to monitor new regulations impacting the company’s business and develop appropriate compliance guidelines and policies·A commitment to excellence and quality of work· Ability to travel on occasion as neededEducation: Juris Doctor degree strongly preferred.Experience: Minimum 12 to 15+ years of government enforcement and/or industry regulatory compliance experience.Competitive salary, eligible for bonus, and many excellent corporate benefitsACS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not Discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion/creed, national origin, gender, or sex, marital status, age, disability, use of a guide dog or service animal, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by Federal or State law or local ordinance.
