Hands-on position for a small school district. Administers, directs and maintains the budget and fiscal affairs of the Rivendell District inorder to provide the best educational support services within available resources. Advisor to the school board on all matters relating to district operational, business and financial affairs. Provides administrative oversight and direction in financial planning for District facilities, food service, budget and finance, and transportation.

Reports to the Head of Schools (Superintendent), works effectively with multiple groups (town offices, District Finance Committee, school administrators and state finance officials both NH and VT). Qualifications:

* Master's Degree in school administration and/or business administration or other appropriate discipline.

* 7 years school administration and/or school business management.

. Knowledge and experience in financial management, contract management, technology management, risk management, project management, planning & forecasting.

* Experienced in computer-based financial programs.

* Strong accounting background

* Proven ability in leadership & communication skills.

* Collaborative skills

* Experience with Special & Regular Education Finance.
