Circulation Analyst - List Manager

Job Description:***Must have List Management and/or Circulation Sales experience. Submissions without this experience will not be considered and your resume automatically deleted. NO EXCEPTIONS.***Contributes to Direct Marketing circulation strategies (catalog, web and affiliate programs) for optimum sales and profit.Duties:- Develop house and prospecting list circulation for all catalog mailings- Optimize customer circulation through database segmentation and analysis.- Manage and interpret all segment performance reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly) of key performance metrics and data for both online and offline marketing. Provide trend analysis with recommended strategies, tactics, and testing.- Daily execution of direct marketing process- Schedule, perform quality control testing, and deploy email blasts, product images and online catalogs for company websites.- Support the merge/purge process and catalog mailings by managing the customer masterfile selects, NCOA updates, uploading of finder number files, and monitoring incoming to support marketing activities lists.- Manage the company affiliate web marketing program. Analyze and improve results, explore testing opportunities, manage promotions.Candidate will be accountable for sales performance on affiliate program. Limited final decision making. Must have college degree in business field. 3+ years analytical marketing experience - circulation a plus. Understanding of catalog marketing and/or general direct marketing. Understanding of online marketing.Must be: - Highly proficient in MS Excel. (Will be tested for results)- Good working knowledge in MS Access (Will be tested for results)- Analytical.- Highly detail oriented and organized- Ability to work independently.- Ability to multi-task- Comfortable working in an environment with changing priorities and tasks.
