The key to success in this growing, stable and well known organization is being able to function as a team leader or assistant project manager involving technical skills and competence in all aspects of public works, utilizing professional judgment including independent evaluations on routine matters. This position works with Principal Engineers and others, including attending meetings and conferences with clients and agencies in the progress of the work. This position also carries out the efforts to develop design alternatives selected by the project manager and the clients. Qualifications are as follows:BSCE or higher.15 years minimum experience in the civil engineering fieldWater and Wastewater Civil Engineering project experienceRegistered as a Professional Engineer in the State of California or the ability to obtain within 1 year of employment if licensed in another StateAdvanced training in a specialized civil engineering field (water and wastewater)Supervisory skills requiredWorking knowledge of both Word and WordPerfect Office Suites software, as well as AutoCAD, AutoCad is not necessary but would be a Plus!Great benefits!
