Client Implementation Specialist - Prepaid Card Program Skills Required: Prepaid Card program, Project Management Job Description: Client Implementation Specialist - Prepaid Card ProgramA leader in Rebate, Incentive, Interactive Promotions and Prepaid Card Programs is in need of a Client Implementation specialist for its Prepaid Card Division near Dallas, TX.The Client Implementation Specialist is a dynamic role dominated by client interaction. The position will be responsible for managing clients through the prepaid card implementation process including the scoping, development, task management and communication of cross-functional project teams. This position does not require intensive IT experience. This individual will guide and oversee the entire new program implementation life cycle, including the process of developing business requirements, defining project scope, assigning and scheduling tasks and serving as the liaison between the internal operational team and client. Direct tasks include but are not limited to: - Coordinate with internal and external cross-functional teams to execute prepaid projects - Managing all facets of the prepaid implementation process and serving as the key implementation contact while on boarding new clients - Publish and maintain project documentation including tasks lists, scope, task assignments, project requirements, issues lists, implementation schedules, individual tasks, deliverable progress trackers, progress updates, and other project components - Represent team and communicate project status during project reviews with management and project stakeholders. - Manage the requirements and change management process associated with assigned projectsQUALIFICATIONS: - Working knowledge of Excel, Word and MS Project; Visio a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects - Proven leadership and facilitation abilities - Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization - Attention to detail EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - 2+ years in a project management role; experience managing prepaid, credit, or debit projects preferred. -College degree desired but not required. -IT experience and/or certifications not required WORK ENVIRONMENT: - Monday through Friday, 8:30am ? 5:30pm. - This is an exempt position, and at times it may require working more than 40 hours per week to complete a project. - We offer opportunity for advancement. - Excellent benefits, including 401(k) with company match. - Eligibility for medical, dental and vision insurance. - Company paid Life, short and long term disability insurance. - Company gym and a casual work environment.
