Client Relations Specialist - Property Preservation

Job Description:Immediate need for claims adjuster seeking excellent compensation and a great opportunity. Excellent computer, written and verbal skills, along with 1-2 years experience with property and general liability claims, will be keys to success in this dynamic organization. Some mortgagor experience preferred however not required. Will train on the position specific programs used. Daily duties include reviewing and processing standard property inspections and maintenance reports on properties located throughout the US. Candidate will be required to make decisions regarding the maintenance of these properties based on property location as well as investor guidelines. The investor guidelines will be part of the training. Candidates will be responsible for their own portfolio of properties which is ever changing, and there are often strict time frames to be met. The ability to multi task and deal with sometimes stressful volumes is a must. Candidate must also be able to recognize urgent situations and make quick decisions accompanied with critical thinking skills and take an interest in research.
