Client Services Coordinator

IDG List Services has an exciting opportunity in our brokerage division. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast paced, deadline orientated environment. Successful candidates will be responsible for: handling Brokerages integrated direct marketing campaign operations including order entry & fulfillment; maintaining a high level of communication with clients, vendors and partners alike; and assisting in monthly close and billing. The ideal candidate must have PC computer experience, and a familiarity with Microsoft Word, and Excel. A college degree is preferred.
