Client Services Representative/Billing Accountant

Utilitec, an Ancor Company is a leader in providing utility bill printing and electronic presentment nation wide. We are growing and seek to add a Client Services Representative/Billing Accountant. The role of this position is to work in a team setting assisting with the both external and internal client service effort. Client Service Representatives are responsible for learning all products and services and fulfilling duties of the Client Service Department in a deadline- driven environment. Additional responsibilities include: Responding to client requests in a timely manner, Coordinate special requests from customers with the operations department, Create and maintain prospect/client marketing presentations, Complete RFPs, RFIs, and consultant databases, Prepare custom client reports as needed, Administrative duties (maintain/update billing records, file client correspondence, prepare bulk marketing mailings, etc.)


Qualifications :
Position Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Two or more years experience as a client service associate in the financial services, printing, or data management field, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
