Collector - Auto Finance

Nelson Auto Group is currently a seeking fully qualified, experienced collector.   Must be able to work flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays.   This person will be responsible for the following: 

  Contacting customers at all stages of delinquency.  Providing excellent customer service on the phone and in person. Negotiating payment arrangements.  Maintaining positive relationships with other employees. Meeting or exceeding production goals.

 

Knowledge and Abilities Strong negotiation skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong computer skills. Excellent organizational skills. Spanish fluency a plus. Understand and use skip tracing techniques. 

 

Education & Experience High school diploma or GED. Two years collection experience preferred, experience with a “Buy Here Pay Here” type business is a plus.
