Financial Sector Solutions, a leader in collection agency staffing is looking for some experienced collectors for the metro Phoenix area.

 

Collectors for our client are responsible for skip tracing, outbound calling to customers to determine solutions, and collecting on charged off debt. The successful collector will negotiate and establish acceptable repayment arrangements with their customers, which can include negotiating settlement offers, while adhering to all applicable collections laws (FDCPA).

Requirements

Our client is looking for experienced collectors, but will also consider applicants with strong telemarketing, telesales, and/or call center-based customer service experience, in addition to meeting the following requirements:

·  Excellent customer service and negotiation skills

·  Strong communication skills

·  Computer literate (Windows-based platforms)

·  Ability to efficiently manage time

·  Ability to type and enter data while speaking to customers

·  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

·  Consistent, steady work history

·  High school diploma or equivalent
