Summary:As a member of the Communication Services team, the candidate will have responsibility in managing the health and quality of the infrastructure environment, effective end user and cross team communications. Provide support, guidance, and follow-up to ensure corrective & preventative actions. Perform tracking and trending of metrics for management review & identify improvement plans. Must be able to work in a team environment) which can include a virtual environment). Responsibilities: Communicate team vision, mission and service offerings across the organization Manage team interactions with internal and external audit functions during annual audit activities Coordinate reactive and proactive resolution of audit issues non-technical server owners and delivery partners Interface with customers to effectively communication technology direction in non-technical terms through various communications forms (oral and electronic materials for both web and end user distribution) Responsible for SharePoint site development Systematically secure relevant information, relating and comparing data from different sources, and identifying key issues. Ensure audit coverage and work paper documentation quality Basic Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with emphasis in Information Technology or Business Communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to conduct basic-level mathematical analysis of trend data A close eye for detail with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment General HTML knowledge; however, this is not a Web development role Familiarity for SharePoint Site Administration and Development Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel 1–3 years of work experience in a corporate setting Preferred Qualifications: 5 years’ experience working in technical environmentsOther: Customer service attitude and organizational sensitivity Excellent oral and written communication skills May required 10-20% travel, occasional night and weekend work, and rotation in a 7x24 on call support structureEqual Opportunity EmployerApply online at and enter Requisition ID 3924.
