Compensation Director

Well Established company located in Sparks, Maryland is looking for a Director of Compensation. The Director of Compensation will be responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of compensation programs in support of total business and Human Resource objectives to attract, retain and motivate employees. Oversee the administration of incentive programs and ensure timely and accurate incentive calculations and payments for plan participants maximizing their understanding of plan design and their impact on financial results.
