Compensation Manager (Sr. Mgr)

Location: Atlanta, GADepartment: Human ResourcesEducation Required: Bachelors DegreeExperience Required: 5 - 7 YearsPosition Description:Plans, develops, and implements salary and incentive compensation programs for the organization that promotes retention and attraction of candidates. Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, performance review and appraisal, salary administration, and design of base salary and variable cash compensation programs globally. Monitors FLSA requirements to ensure compliance. Responsible for the development of long-term incentive and sales compensation programs. Responsible for participation in compensation surveys and making recommendations to maintain the organization's competitive position. Manages the planning and administration of stock-related items and stock option grants, including vesting schedules and exercise history. Oversees the research, development, and implementation of the organization's stock-related plans. Maintains communication and coordinates activities with accounting, finance, and legal departments.Position Requirements:Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of seven years of experience in compensation. Should have experience with international compensation planning and administration as well stock plan management for a global company. Excellent analytical and technical skills including expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS. Demonstrated maturity in dealing with all levels of associates in a fast-paced environment and the ability to maintain confidentiality of all associate data. Ability to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external vendors and customers.Preferred Certifications and Training: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional)..
