Complaint Resolution Specialist

We currently have an immediate opening for a Part Time Complaint Resolution Specialist to provide accurate and prompt resolution of quality notifications to maintain positive customer relationships while sustaining the overall best interests of the suppliers and/or carriers and Sales Representatives. Job duties include: Create new or manage existing Quality Notifications in SAP based upon customer request; gather information from customers, suppliers and Sales Representatives on existing QN’s to determine appropriate course of action; request reimbursement for credits from suppliers and/or carriers, in addition to cross-training within the Invoice Verification area on other responsibilities.

 

The ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree in business (or equivalent years of work experience) preferred with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with suppliers, customers or inventory management with focus on problem identification and resolution. We require exceptional organizational skills with accurate attention to detail and follow-up along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate will be proficient in the use of personal computers applications (Excel, Word, etc.). We are looking for someone with demonstrated strong initiative and previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
