Job Description:for an administrative assistant with construction background and a notary is a big plus. A busy and growing construction company is in need of a flexible, sharp, experienced construction admin. Duties will include dispersing pay checks, doing paperwork to close jobs, answering phones, and doing light computer work. Good computer skills, good customer service skills, ability to type 50-70 words a minute, and construction background are a must.
