RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING DUTIES: Schedule and Conduct Installation and Construction meetings with our customer. Single Point of Contact for all Installation and Construction issues for the entire project. Participates in or leads cross-functional teams focused on identifying issues that may arise during construction phase of the project. Direct, supervise, and assist in selection of necessary sub-contractors ensuring a professional, ethical, quality, and profitable installation per the contract. Candidate responsibilities include ensuring company rules and procedures are in place and implemented. Ensure installation equipment lay out and firmware meets the specification and functionality of the project. Ability to read and interpret work prints and direct contractors. Participate in Statement of Work (SOW) activities by assisting w/ such activities as time and cost estimating, budgets, and understanding of contract as well as installation requirements including identification of risk on projects. Ensures the ongoing process capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers. Must be 100% customer focused. Position requires 50% travel Performs all other duties as assigned.EDUCATION AND TYPICAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent work experience. 8+ years progressively responsible experience in project support and/or management. This includes a comprehensive, in-depth working knowledge of standard project management concepts, practices, and procedures including basic accounting, personnel management, purchasing, contract administration, general administration, etc. Proven experience in major job requirements are proactive identification, and innovative resolution of technical and schedule issues affecting construction of the implementation of an Electronic Toll Collection, Photo-Enforcement, and Commercial Vehicle program. Must have strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to large groups and with client representatives. Candidate will report to the Manager of Construction Services.PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; listen attentively and integrate large volumes of information from multiple sources. Excellent troubleshooting skills, analytic, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to resolve and troubleshoot problems using conventional and unconventional methods.
