This role will check to ensure that the Service Center queues are monitored, maintained and responded to with normal Service Level Agreements for problem tickets, service requests, change controls and all work requested, contains all necessary deliverable description, requirements – both functional and technical – and that the offshore unit can deliver the service on time, within budget, while meeting Wyeth Operations and Support group expectations. This role will also provide review and oversight for planning, directing, and coordinating activities between both Wyeth Operations and Support group and offshore Operations and Support services to achieve the goals and objectives of services within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. This role will ensure that the requested services are aligned with service delivery goals and monitors service delivery activities.Job ResponsibilitiesQueue Management for GDMS supported systems. *Acting as the primary lead in problem ticket coordination, communication and resolution for validated Document Management Systems*Perform in-depth 3rd level analysis on complex software components*Perform a review to ensure and determine what tickets are most appropriate for onshore or offshore assignment, resolution, monitoring, completion, close out and root cause analysis if appropriate.*In a back-up and on an as-needed basis, provide tier-2 technical support by actively monitoring and managing Service Center queue, including taking the lead for onshore tickets for all programs.*Mentor onshore and offshore production support analysts for problem management incidents needing 3rd level technical analysis and resolution.*Manage IS application knowledge base (Get Answers levels 1 & 2) and Operations Manuals, standard operation procedures, work instructions, and training material updatesBasic Qualifications*BS/MS + 10 years or equivalent experience in Information Services (preferably in Pharma environment).PhD + 4 years*Strong familiarity with Documentum capabilities and limitations required. Familiarity with other Enterprise Solutions a plus. Preferred system monitoring, UNIX and Oracle training as well.*Minimum of 4 years Documentum experience including strong working knowledge of Documentum API/DQL and Documentum Administration required. *Experience with DCM Lifecycle configuration and workflows highly desired. *Excellent communication skills are required. *Familiarity with WDK and Java a plus for troubleshooting 3rd level support incidents. *Familiarity with regulatory and proprietary information a plus.
