Consumer Electronics Retail Sales - Sprint Exclusive AR

AirWave Wireless is a respected 25 year old company offering sales and service of wireless devices and communications plans, as a Sprint exclusive AR, to retail and small business customers. We are searching for motivated service oriented sales associates with a desire to pursue a career in the fast paced wireless communications industry

 

Your day will consist of analyzing customers’ needs, developing product and service solutions and completing sales.  You will provide consistent excellent customer service by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality, and professionalism; maintain strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features; educate and engage customers through product demonstrations; and meet sales objectives for phones, services and accessories.

 

In addition, you will handle all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders; managing a cash drawer; maintaining store appearance including store opening and closing procedures.

 

 

The top candidates for this rewarding sales position will have the following:

 Exceptional closing abilities Outstanding work ethics Professional appearance Positive attitude and enthusiasm Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment Strong customer service skills One to two years’ retail sales experience preferred Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly desirable, but not required

 

Store hours are Monday – Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 5 pm
