Contact Center Representative, Bilingual French/English - Information Product Solutions

The Contact Center Representative works with clients providing creative solutions to their business needs while processing client inquiries and orders via the internet, email and telephone. To fulfill this role, the representative will:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and internet regarding Mercer information products and services Research client requests and perform needs analysis Convert active inquiries into sales Solicit participation in Mercer compensation and benefit surveys Document client issues and resolution actions Exercise solid judgment to make decisions that promote smooth workflow within a team environment Inform team members of information that affects processes and service delivery Utilize spreadsheet emphasis to assist in data transfer process Adapt to Oracle based system to process client and product order information Understand and successfully communicate IT confidentiality/security guidelines Bachelor’s degree Bilingual French/English or ability to speak and write in French Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products including speadsheets Minimum 3 years client relation experience Strong business acumen Technical aptitude Excellent organization skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Proven ability to prioritize tasks Experience working in a coordinated environment and supporting department and company processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prefer sales experience
