Contract Coordinator

The Contract Coordinators are resources that support the SOW (Statement of Work) and contract management business process. They are divided geographically to support the field in accurately setting up their SOWs and contracts in the Lynx application. This position will be needed to support the contract roll-out during all functional phase releases. The Contract Coordinators will be the primary implementers of the business process defined by the SOW Manager once the initial contract load has completed. During the initial contract load, the coordinators will assist in the mass data entry project and will provide guidance to the data entry representatives. Job Experience:MS Office, Excellent communication skills. We are looking for people who have experience working with some type of tracking tool, as well as experience interacting with various business groups via email, phone and in-person. The ideal candidate must be capable of learning various business flows/processes. This position involves heavy data entry work as well.
