Contract Manufacturing Liaison

We are looking for a candidate that has worked with Third Party Manufacturers in a production environment.  This position will be the liaison between internal groups within Isagenix and our Third Party Manufacturers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Principle Responsibilities: other duties may be assigned)Identify and develop emerging suppliers that can effectively support business requirements Ensure rigorous processes applied to supplier and product qualificationSegment supplier relationships, identifying those which should be managed on a more strategic basisDefine relationship owners, governance structure, and KPIs for key supplier relationships and apply performance management processes/conversations to drive improvementsCommunicate with internal departments on a regular basisAssure that the number of stock shortages are minimizedEnsure rigorous contracts are in place with the appropriate balance of risk sharingEnsure manufacturing and sales plans are met without supply disruptionEnsure products and services are delivered from suppliers on time to specificationPut in place forecasts that will assist the Third Parties to effectively meet our requirementsVisit Third Party Manufacturers to improve relationshipsMinimize time to manufacture

Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree in BusinessPurchasing, Third Party Manufacturing or project management experienceComputer skills - Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
