Position: Contract AnalystThis position will be Responsible for:-Certificates of Insurance-Records Retention-Maintaining the Supplier Database (Access) Management-Weekly Team Meeting Agendas and reporting-Create, maintain and schedule Supplier Training-Generate Quarterly Contracts Team Accomplishments Presentation-Additional reporting such as1.Purchasing Project Savings Tracker (PSPT) Reports2.Diverse Spend Reporting3.Contracts Expiry4.COI Expiry5.Supplier Surveys6.OSC Customer Sat Survey Data7.IVR & Opt-Out Data Analytics8.Scorecard Generation9.SCAR ProcessJob Requirements:-Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience. -Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a contract analyst/management role.-Demonstrated strong negotiation skills and experience. -Demonstrated leadership, team leading and communication skills and able to effectively operate in a participative management environment. -Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to lead multi-functional teams. -Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
