Thank you for your interest!Description: A professional position using basic communication, organizational and business knowledge. Developmental in nature, the incumbent assists in performing tasks under established policy and precedent. The incumbent works under immediate supervision, and work is closely checked. This role reports up through the finance organization and is not a legal role. REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and analysis of contract terms and conditions to ensure that ACS and client are compliant with the contract at all times, working with Legal as required. Assist Operations in developing change control proposals. Review proposals for reasonableness and profitability. Assist with review of SOWs, LOIs, NDAs. Ensure third party SOWs include SLAs, deliverables and penalties in accordance with the master services agreement Critical team member of group that acts as gatekeeper for all contractual changes within HCMS Strong analytical and financial skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent planning, follow up and organizational skills Execute Change Control Process and evangelize throughout HCMS. Modify process as needed to meet specific customer needs. Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for billing change orders. Review contractual documents for new deals. Red line and write contracts and contract provisions. Offer alternatives to assist with negotiations.Advise management regarding contractual rights, obligations, and other contractual matters, such as effective use of resources and legal issues. Issue weekly report on activities to include proposals, signed change orders and issues Attend customer governance meetings as required Knowledge of contract formation critical. Negotiation skills required.Tracks modifications to contracts. Reviews existing contract and billings and updates as necessary. Serves as contract point-of-contact for SBU VP, tower leads, functional leaders, and project managers. Serves as contract point-of-contact for customer Assists with preparation of client correspondence. Assists with preparation of cost and contractual proposals. Assists with preparation of small or simple cost/price proposals Creates/maintains spreadsheets of client change orders/proposals Serves as point-of-contact within HCMS, and other internal divisions on assigned SBU with respect to contractual questions/issues. Assembles cost/contract volumes. Assists with preparation of detailed audit files for each proposal. Review/audit TP contracts for compliance to Customer contracts Negotiate third party contracts and administer Global Procurement Contracts for LOB. Knowledge of RFP process and review RFPs as requested.
