Controller - Commercial Building Industry

Job Description:Immediate need for a Controller with experience in the Construction (Commercial preferred) industry. Must be very familiar with job costing, vendor management, AP/AR functions and experienced with ERP systems. Timberline experience preferred. Pluses include Oracle Financials, CPA. Must have minimum of 5 years in an Accounting Management role. Position reports to CFO. Must be comfortable giving presentations to "C Level" executives, as well as PMs. Will be responsible for management of staff of 7-10 FT & temp employees. Degree in Finance or Accounting is also preferred. Candidates must be local to the Ft. Lauderdale area.
